COURSE SNAPSHOT
COURSE OVERVIEW
The Hill Country's limestone bluffs and native oak mottes create natural amphitheaters around greens that demand precise approach shots, particularly on the downhill par-3 17th where club selection becomes a guessing game in the swirling Texas winds. Water hazards carved from natural springs thread through six holes, but it's the elevation changes—some as dramatic as 80 feet from tee to green—that separate this public track from the pancake-flat layouts dominating much of the state. Smart routing takes full advantage of the rugged terrain without punishing mid-handicappers, making this one of the few daily-fee courses where scratch players and weekend warriors can equally appreciate the architecture.
