The Columbia River winds through this high desert layout, creating natural water hazards on five holes while mature cottonwoods frame generous fairways that reward aggressive drives. Robert Muir Graves designed these rolling fairways to play firm and fast in the Tri-Cities climate, with elevated greens that demand precise approach shots from the sun-baked fairways below. The back nine climbs into the bluffs overlooking the river valley, where prevailing winds add genuine strategic complexity to what might otherwise be a straightforward municipal track.
