This high-desert track runs along the Verde River's ancient wash, where towering saguaros frame elevated tee shots and the Mazatzal Mountains provide a stunning backdrop to your approach shots. The layout cleverly uses the natural arroyos and desert vegetation to create risk-reward scenarios that reward course management over pure distance—particularly on the par-4 7th, where a carry over a deep wash separates the bold from the conservative. Water comes into play on just three holes, but when it does, the contrast between the emerald fairways and the surrounding Sonoran Desert creates some of Arizona's most photogenic golf.
