About This Course
The high desert terrain of Arizona's copper country delivers a surprisingly sophisticated test through rolling hills studded with mesquite and palo verde. Elevation changes of 200 feet create dramatic approach shots, particularly on the par-4 seventh where you're hitting a mid-iron to a green that seems to float against the Pinal Mountains. What sets this layout apart is how architect Bob Baldock used the natural washes and arroyos to create genuine risk-reward moments without resorting to forced carries over manufactured hazards.
